All item(s) are shipped between 1-5 business days from ordering. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know the progress of your order. Tracking will be included.

Pre-orders: To be sent off once received on our end. Please view the products waiting period for pre-orders.

Please note, from time to time, there are delays due to weather conditions. Check your local news and postal system for updates on weather related instances.

Shipping in Australia

Standard shipping within Australia takes between 3-7 business days. We do not currently offer express postage.

Shipping Internationally

Standard international shipping takes between 10 to 25 business days. This also depends on your location. We do not currently offer express postage.

Prices may vary from country to country with international shipping.

Please note, all our orders are sent through Australia Post. Falkreath the label will not be held responsible for any damage/theft to a package(s) - as once it has been sent off, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the courier.
