Exchanges / Returns

Here at Falkreath the Label, we understand that purchasing online can often mean misinterpreting sizing. Therefore, we will happily accept sizing exchange only, for unworn, clean, full price, tags still attached - garments, within 10-12 business days of receiving your order. (Please note - this depends on if we have your size left, otherwise there will be a waiting period for stock delivery).

We are not responsible for any shipping/tracking fees upon arrival and returned during the exchange process.


Please note, exchanges are not accepted on sale and/or discounted item(s).

Unfortunately, Falkreath the Label do not offer/accept refunds. We ensure that when sending off any order(s), that the item(s) are in perfect condition and go through a quality assured test for any visible faults.

As stated above, if your package gets damaged or stolen, we will not be held responsible as this matter is now in the hands of the courier.

Exchange & Returns Policy:

❊ All of our garments and items, are made using only organic products and materials. Quality assurance has been inspected upon each item, therefore we will not be held responsible for any colour fading or running, pulling, faulty elasticity or fabric deterioration.
It is your responsibility, to follow the care for instructions on the attached care label. Doing so, will allow for your garments and items to last with love.

❊ Due to different technology quality, screen viewing may take away from the natural colours of the items. Some garments or items may appear a slightly different colour in person.

There are strictly NO refunds.

There are strictly NO exchanges on items that aren’t in their original state. All pieces must arrive in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and in the their original packaging/wrapping (if in condition to do so).

Exchanges for incorrect sizing is all that is accepted - given we have needed size(s) in stock.

❊ The customer is held responsible for any postage/tracking fees during the exchange process upon arrival and return.

❊ The customer is held responsible for any damages given to the item(s) during the exchange process. Please ensure when sending the item(s), they are in adequate standardised packing and are fully protected to avoid damage.
